Our Role

ISDELA aligns government priorities, operational requirements and qualified industry capability through defence advisory services, strategic defence consulting, institutional liaison, authorised representation and disciplined programme support.

Complex programmes demand more than supply.

Defence and security requirements rarely succeed through equipment selection alone. Operational need, stakeholder alignment, approvals, technical interfaces, delivery schedules, training and long-term support must work as one programme. ISDELA brings those moving parts together, combining defence advisory services with aerospace programme support. We support qualified clients and partners from early strategic engagement and requirement definition through commercial and technical coordination, delivery support and sustainment planning.

Programme Continuum

One signal, from requirement to readiness.

  1. 01

    Define

Clarify the required outcome, operating context, capability gap, stakeholder environment, programme constraints and support expectations.

  2. 02

    Connect

Identify qualified principals, OEMs, integrators and specialist partners, then structure productive engagement between the relevant institutions.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Support technical, commercial, compliance and programme interfaces so decisions, documentation, responsibilities and schedules remain aligned.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Coordinate delivery, acceptance, training and handover so capability reaches the user as specified and on schedule.

  5. 05

    Sustain

Plan spares, support arrangements, maintenance pathways and lifecycle continuity so capability remains available in service.

Capability Domains

Structured around the mission—not a catalogue.

ISDELA supports programmes across interconnected defence, aerospace, security and national-resilience domains. Specific availability, representation status and programme scope are confirmed only through authorised engagement.

PATHFINDER

IED and explosive-threat detection-support UAV system

PATHFINDER is an autonomous aerial detection-support system being developed to help screen for suspected IEDs and other explosive threats, support route assessment, produce georeferenced anomaly maps and assist humanitarian clearance workflows. Its purpose is to improve situational awareness and help qualified teams prioritise areas for specialist investigation while reducing unnecessary personnel exposure.

PATHFINDER is a screening, mapping and decision-support system. It does not independently declare an area safe, neutralise explosive hazards or replace qualified EOD, IEDD, demining or route-clearance personnel and procedures.
