Responsibility
Responsibility is a capability.
Defence and security work carries exceptional legal and ethical responsibilities. Every ISDELA engagement is subject to applicable laws, licences, export and import controls, sanctions, procurement rules, anti-bribery requirements and end-user and end-use restrictions.
01
Lawful Authorisation
We engage only where the proposed activity, counterparties, programme scope and intended end use can proceed in accordance with applicable laws, licences, approvals and contractual requirements.
02
Counterparty Due Diligence
We seek to understand who we are working with, who ultimately owns or controls relevant entities, the authority under which each party acts and whether any legal, sanctions, integrity or reputational concerns require escalation.
03
End-User & End-Use Controls
Controlled capabilities require clear identification of the authorised end user and intended end use. Required documentation, approvals and restrictions must be addressed before relevant activity proceeds.
04
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
ISDELA does not tolerate bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks or improper influence. Business development, intermediaries, gifts, hospitality and third-party relationships must be handled under approved controls.
05
Transparent Mandates & Conflicts
Representation, advisory and commercial roles must be defined clearly. Where ISDELA represents a principal or has a commercial interest relevant to an engagement, the relationship is disclosed where required.
06
Confidentiality & Information Handling
Information is collected and shared only for legitimate purposes and handled according to its sensitivity, contractual requirements and applicable law. Classified or restricted information must never be submitted through public website forms.
07
Quality, Provenance & Traceability
Manufacturer identity, authorisation, product provenance, technical evidence, documentation and supportability are material programme considerations. Unverified performance claims and ambiguous supply chains are unacceptable.
08
Right to Decline
ISDELA reserves the right to pause or decline any engagement when legality, authority, end use, integrity, provenance, safety or reputational risk cannot be resolved to an acceptable standard.
We apply a risk-based approach to counterparties, mandates and programme activity, and reserve the right to decline any engagement that does not meet our legal, ethical or commercial standards.

Bring us the requirement—not a product list.
Share the capability outcome, organisation type, programme stage and intended timeline at an unclassified level. ISDELA will assess the requirement, confirm whether we are the right partner and propose an appropriate next step.
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, operationally sensitive or restricted technical information through this website.
