Side Equity Ventures and ISDELA jointly facilitated the landmark US$1 billion acquisition of BASIREX by Oicintra. Created and developed by Muhammad Umair, BASIREX is a strategic system for unmanned aerial vehicles. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Paolo Cozzolino had invested in the system and held its intellectual property rights. The transaction transferred ownership of BASIREX and its associated intellectual property to Oicintra.
